Retailers meet OneStock at Tower Bridge

flannel attended OneStock’s seventh annual Omnichannel Leaders Summit at Tower Bridge, where senior figures from Ted Baker and Reiss hosted an interactive panel discussion.

Following a private tour of the engine rooms, 50 retail guests heard from Clare Harrison-Empson, Head of Global Retail Operations at Ted Baker and Claire Joel, Reiss' Head of IT for Business Change about operations, technology and strategy around omnichannel. 

The talk gave insight into daily challenges facing the industry including meeting consumer expectations, how brands have strategic advantages over pure players and new demands on store assistants and the crucial role they play in reinvigorating the in-store experience. 

OneStock's annual summit was previously held at the Houses of Parliament.
