flannel has helped email marketing company Pure win the title of Best Business at the Sussex Business Awards 2006/07.
Brighton-based Pure was a finalist in two categories – Best Business employing 25 people or less, and Entrepreneur of the Year, in which founder Darren Fell was a contender.
Pure picked up the accolade at the ceremony on Thursday 16 November, which was held at the exclusive Copthorne Effingham Park hotel in Sussex.
“Pure is one of the top email marketing companies in the UK, and has grown exponentially since it was founded in 2000,” said Claire Armitt, Director of flannel. “We took the company’s enthusiasm and great work and used our skills to help it win this award. We’ve been working with Pure for the past year and look forward to celebrating more successes.”
Pure helps over 450 businesses and brands, including innocent drinks, Levis Europe and the FT, to build long-lasting relationships with their customers using its PureResponse email platform technology. The company appointed its 24th team member two weeks ago.
Darren Fell, founder of Pure, commented: “flannel has accelerated Pure into the limelight and our profile rise is seeing no bounds. This is by far the most exciting area we have been launched into and it wouldn't have happened without flannel's consummate professional help."
